For three generations, we have been cultivating the Throuba olive using traditional methods and with deep respect for its natural ripening process

The Olive Grove
We look after 365 old olive trees and 235 young ones, with care and respect
Our groves are managed exclusively by us, ensuring full control and authenticity — with no contractors or intermediaries involved.
Everything we produce comes from experience, attention, and our own hands.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
We hand-pick our olives and personally take them to the mill.
There, the malaxer works exclusively with our own olives — never mixed with others.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is stored in our own 350-liter stainless steel containers, in a shaded area with a stable temperature (10–15°C).
After 2 months of natural settling, we bottle the oil.
We don’t buy or blend oil from others. It’s 100% our own..

The Throuba is the only Greek olive variety that ripens naturally on the tree, developing its characteristic wrinkled texture without any artificial processing or caustic treatments.
